Responsible for developing the company's website and Intranet
system. Unofficially acted as webmaster for both website and Intranet site. Developed
the company's website which is static (HTML pages only) in behaviour. As for the
Intranet, the site was developed to use the Internet Information Server 4.0 scripting
support and other server suite such as MS Index Server and MS SMTP Server. Integrated
the site with database access (MS Access 97) to give the site dynamic appearances.
Also responsible for changing the previous web server to the current one (using
virtual server) and coding the redirection script (using ASP) to be placed at
the current server. |

Developed a web community that offers free homepage hosting
to its members. This project is a requirement for one of the courses that I took
during this particular semester. Using Visual Basic as the programming language,
Common Gateway Interface 1.1 (CGI) for server processing and DHTML for the interface.
Some capabilities included are such as File Manager, HTML Editor and HTML Generator. |

Developed a basic client-server application (remote directory
listing and text file transfer) using Java to fulfill the requirement of one of
the courses that was taken during this semester. The application is in Windows
GUI mode and used the TCP/IP network protocol. |
